What your day could consist of:
- Consulting with clients to help them utilize our platform to achieve their unique goals
- Coming up with creative solutions and strategies to accomplish specific client goals
- Conducting live demos of our platform with screensharing.
- Keeping on top of the latest news in regards to email marketing, deliverability, and small business marketing in general.
- Past experience with customer success, training, and or customer service
- Knowledge and a genuine interest of email marketing, marketing automation, & marketing in general
- The ability to efficiently respond to a significant number of emails and phone calls per day
- A self-motivated and driven attitude where you will work towards achieving new goals (with a focus on retention and account growth)
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
