Tiz is looking for a talented and passionate Customer Success Manager
What you’ll be doing:
Using your exceptional interpersonal skills to educate, train and support our customers on Tiz's best practices, the use and benefit of the platform
Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
Building superior relationships, and delivering service and support to ensure customer renewals
Summarizing product feedback from customers and providing it to the product team
Generating leads through assigned accounts/clients
Inspiring clients to think strategically about how Tiz can support their business needs
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) contributes to the Tiz mission by building and maintaining key client relationships in order to ensure exceptional experiences for the company’s bar, restaurant and hotel partners.

What we are looking for:
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and develop rapport with key, strategic clients and accounts
Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for people
1-4 years progressive experience in customer success / key account management role
Experience in garnering, maintaining and expanding customer executive relationships
Expert written and oral communication and presentation skills
Strong CRM skills
