Director of Sales
Want to join the founding team of a startup within a startup to launch a new product?
We’re looking for a seasoned, self-starter sales leader to lead a sales team within our strategy group. The role requires a combination of sales, management, and strategic skills. You will be one of the first to join the team and will have the opportunity to bring a new product to market.
Who we are: SpotHero is a rapidly growing tech company that’s making life easier for the daily driver. Drivers across the nation use the SpotHero mobile app or website to reserve discounted parking on-the-go or in advance.
What You’ll Do:
- Build, manage, and lead a high performing sales team
- Define a detailed and metrics-driven sales strategy
- Plan sales strategy and tactics for targeting contacts
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and current enterprise customers
- Build, lead, and grow your own book of business, working with major accounts
- Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience working for or selling enterprise solutions
- Experience leading 5-10 employees or other large sales teams
- Proven track record of leading and driving successful sales plans and meeting or exceeding targets
- 5+ years of relationship and account management experience
- Track record of arming sales team with scalable best practices
- Comfortable with CRMs, sales reporting, and data
