Employee Experience (HR) Specialist

Just as our Consulting Services organization seeks to serve our clients and provide an outstanding experience, our Employee Experience team serves our employees and ensures they have the support they need to be successful.
Solstice is seeking an HR Specialist with 3-5 years of generalist experience to support our EX team.
Here is a snapshot of what you may be doing:
- Coordinating new hire on-boarding sessions
- Preparing new hire welcome packets
- Processing new employee paperwork
- Creating EX announcements including visuals broadcasted across TV’s in the Hub
- Conducting employment verifications and background checks
- Supporting benefits administration and processing
- Assisting with benefits open enrollment and ongoing support
- Approving benefit carrier statements before sending to Accounting for payment
- Approving PTO requests and timesheets
- Approving training requests and maintaining training logs
- Assisting with Solstice U class scheduling
- Processing Immigration paperwork and maintaining files
- Sending quarterly employee surveys
- Assisting with Mentoring Program
- Contributing to our quarterly performance review processes
- Updating policies and procedures, as needed
- Supporting EX team in various projects
- Bringing your ideas to the table and ideally implementing something new
