Enterprise Sales Director

As an Enterprise Sales Director with SilkRoad, you will aggressively prospect, develop and manage new accounts, generate sales quotes, and address customer inquiries. Working in a team environment, with a dedicated Sales Development Representative, successful reps will convert prospects into customers within a defined territory. You will develop leads from your own prospecting, internal marketing campaigns, and development of customer and partner referrals.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifies and pursues prospective clients to meet annual sales SAAS revenue goals.
- Develops professional sales proposals and responses to requests for proposals.
- Presents professional product demonstrations, alongside a SilkRoad Solution Consultant and collaborating with additional subject matter experts, on human capital software solutions at prospective clients’ sites or remotely via web meetings.
- Resolves prospective client concerns throughout the sales process to promote a positive customer experience.
- Establishes and maintains positive, effective new client relationships.
- Documents prospecting activities and creates accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce.com.
- Delivers excellent customer service in support of the company’s goals and objectives.

- Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent work experience is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful industry-related or SAAS sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quota and developing and managing a consistent sales pipeline.
