Executive Analyst to the CEO

Summary: Conserves CEO’s time and promotes the company image by representing the CEO internally and externally; providing liaison between the CEO, key executives, and employees.
Responsibilities
- Represent the CEO by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging company dinners and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the CEO. Act as point of contact for the CEO. Attend client meetings
- Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations
- Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving
- Assist in the development of company models
- Assist in the development of transaction marketing materials including selling memoranda, roadshow presentations and pitch books
- Conduct industry and company research and analysis, develop varied industry and transaction expertise, staying current on industry developments and developing an understanding of the underlying trends that affect the equity capital markets
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes
- Enhances CEO's and company's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Qualifications
- A strong quantitative, analytical and decision-making skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with travel logistics, scheduling and meeting management
- The ability to excel in both team and self-directed settings
- Ability to effectively manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- 2 - 3 years of experience preferred as an Investment Banking Analyst or substantially similar role
- A passion for excellence with a strong work ethic
