We are looking for a proven leader to join our Advisor Services’ consulting team in both a team-oriented and client facing role. This is an opportunity to work directly with Supernova’s largest enterprise clients and drive the success of our client’s lending platforms. The position reports to the EVP of Advisor Services and Senior Consultant of the project.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Serve as the key relationship manager with financial advisors engaging in lending
- Consult with advisors on how lending can add value to their clients in their financial advisory practice
- Report metrics to Senior Sales Consultant
- Report feedback from the field on demands for product enhancements to the product development team, as needed
- Work with the Internal Sales Consultant Desk to provide excellent service to top advisors and their client associates
- Travel to branches on an as-needed basis to deepen relationships with FAs
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience working in wealth management. Experience in selling financial products to financial advisors and/or clients is preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of lending practices in the industry
- Client-focus and attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven management skills and experience leading a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
