SpotHero General Manager
We're looking for a brilliant, fearless leader to run our largest market. As a GM, they’ll be taking risks, testing out new ideas and will be expected to rapidly expand the SpotHero brand to both garages and drivers alike.. This individual will be self-sufficient, autonomous, collaborative and decisive. They will create, build and own the strategic growth and direction of the entire market. They will have a significant amount of interaction and visibility into the executive team; this role will change the trajectory of their career along with that of the company.

What will I do?
- Lead the growth and development of our largest market; building a team, planning intra-departmental initiatives and inspiring GMs in our emerging markets to do the same
- Improve the P&L of the entire Midwest; understanding operational intricacies, creating changes and implementing them quickly
- Discover, test, and grow business ventures that develop new or improved parking –experiences
- Grow the Chicago market 300% year over year
- Put out fires while cultivating and building long-lasting relationships with SpotHero’s clients--analyzing and optimizing their consumer-facing parking inventory
- Collaborate with other GMs, our CEO and National Expansion Managers to explore innovative ideas for growth
- Collaborate with senior management, helping to shape the culture, values, and vision of the entire organization

Pre-Requisites:
Bachelors Degree or higher from a top university
5+ Years of Experience doing more than one of the following:
-growing a market/selling
-managing a team
-managing operations
-starting a business segment/unit
