Inside Sales Representative
We are currently looking for Inside Sales Representatives to join the team. These individuals will be tasked with prospecting, developing and qualifying new opportunities by cold calling into organizations to uncover new potential accounts. This position is critical to the future growth of the company, and has the potential to make a huge impact on our future success.
Responsibilities
- Calling into organizations to prospect for new business
- Setting appointments and product demonstrations
- Qualifying opportunities within target clients
- Building prospecting lists
- Preparing and executing email campaigns
- Consistently meet or exceed goals and metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
Qualifications:
- Pathological optimism and a can't-lose attitude, with a healthy dose of reality thrown in
- A bachelor's degree
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in staffing sales, software/tech sales, or another startup sales environment
