Manager, Training and Development
Hireology is on pace to achieve a record growth year, and we are seeking a Manager, Training and Development to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, this individual will be responsible for the design, development, and administration of both new hire and ongoing training needs. The Manager, Training and Development will have full ownership of the success of building a training program from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
· Build Hireology training curriculum from the ground up, including on-boarding, ongoing education, and skill based programs across the organization.
· Create and maintain all training material, such as manuals, presentations, user guides, and other customer support and training materials.
· Work cross-functionally with our product and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product material delivery.
· Be an expert in our application to serve as the go-to person for all product training inquires.
· Own company wide product based training from start to finish, including but not limited to: preparation, coordination, scheduling, presenting, and updating material as needed.
· Work proactively with management to determine and plan training needs.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs
· 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
· Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Organizational Communication
· Must be able to thrive in a growing and ever changing startup environment
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Must be detail oriented, with strong time management skills
