Music Gear Sales and Outreach Specialist
Reverb.com is looking for a genuine music-gear obsessive to help grow our marketplace of musicians. This role will involve proactively seeking out new sellers as well as supporting existing sellers on the site. Other responsibilities will include monitoring site activity and contributing and implementing our marketing initiatives.
In the span of two years, Reverb has already grown into one of the largest music gear websites on the internet. We are a small team where everyone does a bit of everything, so you should feel comfortable taking on new challenges and wearing different hats. Sales experience is a must, as this position will largely involve communicating with our potential customers via email and phone.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of music gear brands, models, and history
- At least 1 year musical instrument sales/management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet software
- Customer service experience in any industry
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage and proactively reach out to potential and active customers
- Assisting new and existing customers manage and expand inventory on Reverb
- Working with sellers to keep listings to site standards
- Resolve customer complaints and site issues
- Attend tradeshows and fulfill appropriate marketing initiatives to attain new sellers and promote Reverb
- Coordinate integrations and imports with other inventory systems
- A myriad of other tasks that come with a small and rapidly growing business
