Project44 is a hyper growth tech startup company that is looking for an experience office coordinator to help maintain and enhance our employee experience as well as help streamline our general administrative tasks. The right candidate would be one that is positive, energetic, detail minded, well organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced start up environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients and job candidates
- Receive, screen all incoming phone calls and transfer them appropriately.
- Tidy and maintain the office general areas
- Collect mail and distribute appropriately, track packages, order and direct gifts
- Monitor and maintain supply inventory for the office and kitchen (includes vendor management)
- Prepare refreshments and technology (projector, phone, etc.) for meetings
- Assist in execution of various culture and team building events
- Assist in maintaining office technology (phones, TVs, internet, etc.)
- Performing other multifaceted general office support
Qualifications:
- 1-3 year of Office Assistant/ Receptionist Experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Stable work history
