Office Manager
The right person for this role likes to take ownership and have purpose in their work while maintaining high levels of organization and have eagle-eyes for detail. This individual will play a key role in office operations, focusing on providing organization, creating and enforcing processes/policies, and acts as an ambassador of company culture as we continue to scale.
What you will be responsible for:
General office management: maintaining office supplies and conference rooms, keeping office tidy, and managing vendor relationships.
Manage the reception area and answer, screen and accurately direct calls.
Execute the planning and logistics for office related events and activities.
Supporting operations across company, including general problem solving, and serving as a backup to internal operations as needed.
Manage other projects as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years administrative/professional experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Extreme attention to detail and have strong organizational and problem solving skills
Team player with an eagerness to go above and beyond basic job duties.
Tech-savvy individual that loves working in a fast-paced environment, is highly adaptable
Must be willing to own their results and have a pathological optimism that is contagious
