Organizational Development Intern
Reports to the Corporate Talent Advisor

The Organizational Development (OD) Intern will be an integral part of the Training & Organizational Development team and will be responsible for taking the lead on projects that will make an impact within Enova’s culture. Examples of these projects include identifying gaps in performance, creating and implementing solutions related to organizational change, targeted training, professional development, and employee engagement. Along with being a key participant in these projects, we want you to learn our business and collaborate with business groups to ensure consistent and effective implementation of corporate programs.
Responsibilities:
- Work with all levels of management on leadership development and employee engagement initiatives
- Design and develop instructional materials for training solutions
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of classes and programs by analyzing survey data, identifying trends, and providing feedback and/or modifications as needed
- Assist with Mentor Program administration, including event planning and communications
- Assist with Performance Management rollout and process administration
- Other OD-related project work and possible group facilitation opportunities as assigned
You’re right for this job if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area of study
- Are completing graduate coursework in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior Management or Industrial / Organizational Psychology, or a performance-related disciplineHave superior analytical skills
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong project management skills
- Have experience in instructional design, survey design, needs analysis, and evaluation
- Have demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills
- Desire to continuously learn new development tools and software
