People Resources Business Partner - Operations
You will report to: People Resources Manager
This is where YOU come in:You will be responsible for the ongoing rhythm of performance management programs working with your clients throughout goal setting, individual development, talent reviews, and feedback for our call center employee population. You will need dynamic communication and facilitation, as well as familiarity in Excel to lead our processes and work on individual plans. You will work on compensation administration, budgeting, and total compensation analysis to make sure relevant rewards get in the hands of our top talent. You will partner with management on associate development and associate relations, query and generate reports, conduct analysis and provide recommendations. You will also lead and improve established policies and procedures, collaborate with small teams and/or co-lead various projects associated with improving Enova.
You’re right for this job if you have:- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years professional human resources experience with results being a business partner in a high demand, high output role with a demonstrated track record of success as an integrated member of a business team.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a non-exempt environment, call center environment preferred.
- Strong technical/analytical skills with an ability to manipulate data in Excel and knowledge of formulas and pivot tables.
- Demonstrated capability to drive projects forward to completion and then execute.
- Knowledgeable in State (IL) and Federal employment laws.
