Recruiting Coordinator
SpotHero is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to help us grow our rapidly expanding team! This person will help us find the best possible people for our amazing team, and will support both recruiting and HR operations. Who we are: SpotHero is a rapidly growing tech company that’s making life easier for the daily driver. Drivers across the nation use the SpotHero mobile app or website to reserve discounted parking on-the-go or in advance.
What you’ll do:
- Work with recruiting team to source, select, interview, and track applicants across 25+ roles in multiple departments. Manage scheduling and candidate communication.
- This role will involve heavy scheduling – The coordinator will be required to efficiently and thoughtfully manage the schedules of candidates and interviewers.
- Become a pro at navigating and managing one of the most advanced ATS systems.
- Update and post job descriptions; create and implement standardized format for all email and job description templates.
- Post, share, and promote SpotHero career opportunities to relevant talent communities.
- Research and provide recommendations on talent solutions.
- Organize a robust campus recruiting program.
- Assist in welcoming candidates and coordination of onboarding process for new hires.
- When asked "What does your daily planner look like", please answer with "SpotHero".
- Work with SpotHero’s People Team to implement and promote company culture.
- Complete ad hoc HR projects as needed.

Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree. All majors welcome!
- 0-2 years of experience in a recruiting role.
- Eagerness to contribute to and learn in a startup environment.
