Recruiting Coordinator
Reports to: Recruiting Senior Manager
Position Summary:Any coordinator knows it’s hard to define their day-to-day since often times they are expected to jump in whenever, wherever and here at Enova it’s no different. This role involves being the face and voice of the Enova Recruiting Team to our candidates during the interview scheduling process. You will work with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams while gaining valuable exposure to inner workings of our dynamic People Team.
At the core of this role, you’ll be splitting your time between interview scheduling and onboarding new hires. This is a big job and at times you’ll have to think on your feet and act quickly to ensure all requests are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
What You'll Do Here:- Dive Into Details:
- Scheduling interviews at Enova is no small feat and requires a high level of detail orientation, organization, and perseverance to ensure all required attendees are included. You’ll be expected to ensure all interviewers are available to attend the interview, the (correct) lunches are ordered, and rooms are available.
- Onboarding our new hires is not as simple as it sounds. You’ll be tasked with navigating several processes and ensuring paperwork is intact, technical systems are inputted, and the the hiring teams are well informed along the way.
- Provide Great Customer Service:
- You’ll hear us throw “candidate experience” around several times a week because ensuring our candidates receive the best possible service is critical in making our Enova brand stand out. In addition to greeting all candidates with the best service you can offer, you’ll also be working to nurture interviewer relationships to ensure success in your day-to-day work.
- Be Adaptable:
- We all know that unexpected events arise from time to time (people have to stay home due to sick children, an urgent meeting with our CEO pops up last minute, etc.) You’ll be expected to quickly adapt to these last minute requests, think on your feet, and rearrange calendars all while ensuring the candidate experience isn’t suffered.
- Bachelor’s degree
- The ability to problem-solve, think proactively, and push back
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment running with multiple-shifting priorities
- A real passion for organizing the messy, the mentality that no request is beneath you, the eye to catch and fix mistakes, and the ownership to drive projects from start to finish
- Experience working within in a corporate environment, scheduling meetings (in Google Calendar), and working with all levels of people, up to senior leadership.
- Advanced experience in the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Worked in the Financial Services or Tech Industry
- Customer Service experience
