Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to help maintain and enhance our employee experience as well as help streamline our general administrative tasks. The right candidate would be one that is positive, energetic, detail minded, well organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced start up environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Ensure project44 hires the best talent in the industry quickly and efficiently.
Proactively manage a pipeline of resumes to effectively identify sales talent and manage the applicant process within ATS.
Schedule and coordinate all candidate interviews with hiring managers.
Work with hiring managers to ensure hiring process moves forward and goals are met.
Manage the candidate process and act as a candidate advocate.
Work with hiring managers to develop ongoing interviewing skills and a commitment to hitting hiring goals.
Propose and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts.
Define, document and lead recruiting process
Proactively source and recruit candidates via:
Linkedin Outreach
Networking events (BuiltIn Chicago, Meetups, etc.)
Includes coordinating with p44 leadership on event attendance)
Job Postings (Indeed, Simply Hired, Builtin Chicago, etc)
Personal Network
3rd Party Recruiters (Should comprise fewer than 60% of hires)
Evaluate skill level and manage offer process, including offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines.
Qualifications and Skills

3+ years of recruiting experience
Experience building and running a recruiting program
Expertise in Chicago tech startup scene
Ability to recruit top-tier engineering and sales talent
Ability and willingness to organize and attend networking events
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers
Ability to work independently and perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
Ability to see all tasks through to completion, consistently, with a high attention to detail
