The Recruiting Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various departments within the organization. This role will partner with the team to ensure that staffing goals are being met and high quality candidates are placed in the right positions within the company.
What your day could consist of:- Working with hiring managers to understand any hiring needs and help draft job postings to attract the right candidates.
- Sourcing and screening candidates for technical skills, past experience, and cultural fit for positions across the organization.
- Managing candidate pipeline and communication process to ensure that there is a positive candidate experience, regardless of outcome.
- Coordinating interview schedules.
- Managing applicant tracking system data and running reports to inform team of overall recruitment status and progress.
- Be the face of ActiveCampaign at recruiting and employer branding events.
- Assisting with the onboarding process to ensure each candidate is ready and excited to start.
- Building a passive pipeline of candidates to fill future needs of the organization.
- Growing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment firms being used to fill positions.
- 2+ years experience working in recruiting role for a high growth tech startup (in-house experience preferred)
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience hiring technical talent highly preferred.
- Experience with high volume recruitment across various departments, including sales, support and development.
- Experience managing and maintaining an applicant tracking system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
