We are looking for an amazing Sales Operations Manager to work alongside our Sales & Marketing teams to increase sales productivity by streamlining processes and providing operational support to the team. 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Act as the lead Salesforce Administrator owning all accounts, dashboards, reports, and data upkeep
  • Lead sales forecasting, planning, territory planning, sales strategies, and reporting within the sales team
  • Establish Salesforce best practices, train employees, and enforce ongoing compliance
  • Manage and maintain pipeline, opportunities, customer contracts, and vendor contracts for sales
  • Develop best practices, establish process, and monitor all operations to ensure compliance
  • Work on strategic projects for leadership focused on key business insights including addressable marketing identification, client acquisition strategies, entry and growth, and churn reduction programming
  • Manage and maintain process management, compilation and creation of RFx's (RFI, RFP, etc.) for clients, coordinate team contributions and inputs, and provide timely delivery on requests
  • Enable cross-functional alignment to ensure project44 is closely tied to marketing workflows
  • Ensure pricing strategy adherence with sales, product, marketing, and finance departments
  • Maintain data quality within all sales databases in order to monitor and continually improve the organizations revenue performance
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement around lead generation, pipeline growth, sales opportunity conversion, and client onboarding

Requirements & Preferred Skills

  • 4-7 years of experience in Salesforce Administration
  • Strong reporting background and ability to analyze, interpret, and present on results
  • Detail oriented and self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup, a must
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be eligible to work within the United States
