Job Description
As a member of the DHEs offline marketing team, this Senior Associate will provide analytical support for Direct mail and E-mail marketing efforts. On an ongoing basis, the candidate will be responsible for creating the marketing files for direct mail and e-mail campaigns. The candidate will also be responsible for creating reports to inform stake holders on the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and to support compliance/audit data requests.
In addition to this, with support, the candidate must be able to conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify new population, increase response rate, reduce costs and improve targeting. Must be able to summarize findings and actionable strategies to management.
Job will require individuals to interact with internal and external business partners to gain deeper understanding of data and identify unique opportunities for the business.

Bachelor degree in Industry Engineering, Computer science, Statistics, Mathematics or other quantitative fields
1+ years of Advanced level experience with SAS & SQL in Unix and PC environment
Advanced skill level in MS Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Master's Degree in Industry Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other quantitative field.
