Our recruiting team sits at the core of Enova’s values. Top talent is taken seriously here at Enova. That’s why we’re tasked with expertly advising on all aspects of the interview and hiring process. This includes coaching our various tech teams on hiring decisions, campus recruiting initiatives, and interview processes.

As a Tech Recruiter, you’ll be expected to hit the ground running in full cycle recruitment, using both traditional and innovative recruiting techniques to fill needs with top talent in a timely manner. While your core focus will be on recruiting for our technology teams, you will be asked to flex and take on roles for other core business groups from time to time. These positions will be assigned as needed, and can range from Accounting to Creative Services, to other P&L specific roles.
No matter what the role, you’ll be charged with driving a smooth and positive candidate experience at every step along the way, from the initial point of contact through offer acceptance and start date. Furthermore, you’ll act as a true business partner to your hiring managers, learning and understanding the various aspects of our org and their resource needs. To be successful, you will need to be self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

You’re right for this job if:
- You have 3 or more years of technical sourcing and recruiting experience, preferably in a Staffing/Search Firm environment.
- You are exceptional at finding the impossible. Unique and niche job openings excite you, and you have proven results identifying passive candidates in a timely manner via creative recruiting strategies.
- You’re a natural relationship builder, and ensure that every candidate has a positive and smooth recruiting experience.
- You are skilled in the art of negotiation, and comfortable managing the entire offer process; including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptances/declines.
- You have exceptional project management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- You communicate in a courteous, articulate, and professional manner, and know how /when to adapt your communication to fit your audience.
- You have a strong attention to detail.
- You always have a “can-do” attitude, are self-motivated, and show a “roll up my sleeves” mentality.
- You have a strong desire to succeed and get the job done well.
- You’ve obtained your Bachelor’s Degree.
