Sr. Tech Recruiter
As a Sr. Tech Recruiter, you are expected to be a people connector who uses innovative techniques to hunt for the passive market. You will split your time between owning larger project initiatives and core recruiting. No matter what the role, you’ll be charged with driving a smooth and positive candidate experience at every step along the way, from the initial point of contact, through the offer acceptance and start date. You’ll act as a true business partner to our tech teams, learning and understanding the various aspects of our org and their resource needs.
The Recruiting Team:

That’s why we work together to expertly advise on all aspects of the interview and hiring process. This includes coaching our teams on job expectations, interview processes, and hiring decisions. While exceptional recruiting skills are at our core, coaching, branding, and a constant focus on data-driven decision making are what make our team unique.
Core Expectations:
Filling critical business positions with high performers, in a timely fashion.
A/B test recruiting messages and sourcing techniques to identify the optimal recruiting strategy for each role.
Continuously and proactively build a candidate pipeline.
Supporting Enova as an Employer of Choice by driving a positive candidate experience and being a brand ambassador (both online and offline).
Partnering and advising hiring teams to drive a sound recruiting process focused on quality hiring.
Continuously researching the Chicago job market and recruiting industry trends.
Ability to organize and drive recruiting projects to completion while documenting the results and takeaways.
Energetic about networking events, Meetups and conferences.
Requirements:
You have 5-7 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in both Staffing/Search Firm and Corporate environments.
Strong network of Sr.-level technical talent in Chicago.
Unique and niche job openings excite you, and you have proven results identifying passive candidates in a timely manner via creative recruiting strategies.
You’re a natural relationship builder, and ensure that every candidate has a positive and smooth recruiting experience.
You are skilled in the art of negotiation, and comfortable managing the entire offer process; including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptances/declines.
Must be able to travel to conferences or fairs as needed.
You’ve obtained your Bachelor’s Degree.
