Our S&O team:
Enova’s Strategy & Operation teams - or “S&O” as insiders commonly refer to them here - drive the business at both the operational and business levels. In addition to working cross functionally on the corporate side, S&Os work closely with our call center operations (think application support, loan processing, collections or customer service) to ensure optimization and anticipate any bumps in the road. To do this, they dive deeper into our existing processes and ask themselves lots of questions like, why are we doing this that way? Why don’t we try this? And, likely the most important question, how is this going to affect the bottom line of our business?

What you’ll do:
- Manage initiatives that focus on driving new projects, processes improvements and customer experience enhancements.
- Serve as a senior resource of the S&O team and be responsible for driving high impact projects.
- Be a strategic partner to business heads and help lead sessions around budgeting and planning.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide leadership around problem solving, prioritize and execute projects, balance business needs vs. technical constraints, and drive bottom line results.
- Lead cross-functional and direct teams to drive high impact initiatives for S&O and Enova.
Recent project examples:
- Lead a cross functional team to launch a product extension for one of our existing UK brands, diversifying the business portfolio.
- Implement a new automated phone system for our LOC product to increase self-service ability and reduce call volume.
You’re right for this job if you have:
- MBA from a top tier university strongly preferred.
- 4-8 years of tangible work experience post MBA dealing with process improvement, management consulting or data analytics.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High energy, team player, creative thinker, and strategic influencer.
- Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams.
- Maturity and good judgment. Skilled in negotiating, influencing and leading others, analytical thinking, and executing and implementing projects.
