Supply Chain System Analyst

Responsibilities- Executes daily operational tasks which include; managing the data audit process, monitoring data quality and delivery and escalating issues with distribution centers, suppliers and customers as appropriate.
- Manages overall system health including automated jobs and system performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Investigates and resolves reported bugs.
- Creates and enhances complex end user reports and audits.
- Supports product enhancements, collects customer requirements, creates requirement and functional design documents, and supports software development lifecycle.
- Manages trading partner relationships with distribution centers and suppliers.
- SQL server knowledge is a must.
- General supply chain knowledge.
- University Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization.
- Ability to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives.
