What you'll do

You'll work in a fast-paced environment focused on collaborating with hiring managers to build robust pipelines to support our growing and transforming company.  You'll work swiftly and efficiently to source and engage with top talent, while maintaining and delivering an excellent recruitment experience.  In this role, you will deliver on our goal of attracting top talent to positively impact the Pampered Chef organization and culture.

What your day will look like

You will be part of a small, but mighty Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.  You will be spending your time developing and executing on our recruiting plan by sourcing, screening, coordinating and onboarding top talent.  You will manage the recruiting lifecycle to ensure candidates have a positive experience, while delivering a consistent process and approach when it comes to experienced talent.
