Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to build strong recruiting pipelines to ensure hiring goals are met. This individual will primarily focus on Sales and Customer Success roles, but will have exposure to all areas of the business
Think creatively on how to create “WOW” moments for candidates
Be an ambassador of the Hireology Employment Brand and Core Values
Full Cycle Recruiting: assist with social recruiting, passively source candidates, conduct phone screens, schedule and coordinate on site interviews, and ultimately, close candidates.
Assist with onboarding new hires
Manage and maintain recruiting funnel tracking and reporting
Other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, Concentration in Human Resources preferred
2+ years of recruiting experience required, sales recruiting or agency experience preferred
Must be organized, motivated and detail-oriented and work with a strong sense of urgency
Must be innately curious, with a keen business acumen
Must be a strategic thinker, who continuously looks for ways to raise the bar
Must be able to work efficiently in a fast pace, high volume environment
