Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to connect with people of all levels and backgrounds
  • Relentless drive to find and connect with diverse talent
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs
  • Exceptional communication skills over the phone, via email, and face-to-face
  • 3+ years experience recruiting software engineers and developers is a MUST

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Source, phone screen, and refer candidates to management, primarily for software engineering roles, but also for design, marketing, content, customer service, and administrative roles
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through the entire cycle, from application through offer letter or rejection (with the help of an ATS)
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Use creative sourcing methods to connect with active and passive job-seekers, including but not limited to industry recruiting events and proactive candidate outreach
  • Interview candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for open positions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates
  • Understand and work with dynamic personalities within the office
  • Conduct reference checks and order background checks for new employees
  • Organize and manage online job advertisements across multiple channels
  • Further develop the Neighborhoods.com Employer Brand to attract the right candidates
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback about the recruiting process
  • Other administrative HR tasks as needed

Education & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of technical recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • HRIS or ATS experience
