Job Description
We’re growing fast! To keep up with growth we’re looking to add strength to our vender team. This team works with our entire vendor network to ensure Vivid Seats as the best selection of tickets to Sports, Concerts, and Theatre events around the country. The Vendor Relationship Manager will work closely with the vender team in managing our preferred partners.
We offer the opportunity to work with a fast paced, dynamic team. We’ll help you learn about the industry and our custom/proprietary software the entire industry uses. You’ll also be able to build on your selling and negotiating skills, while increasing your potential earnings.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a business relationship with new and existing sellers
- Communicate Vivid Seats value proposition to prospective ticket sellers about the value Vivid Seats can bring them as a distribution channel
- Proactively work with sellers to build relationships and increase value
- Thoroughly investigate instances where customer/seller experiences are impacted and negotiate resolutions
- Identify areas of weakness in a vendor’s performance and determine solutions
Who we are looking for
- Outstanding communication, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills
- Proven negotiation skills
- Assertive and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work some weekends/holidays as needed
- Qualified applicants preferably have experience in a sales / service position, preferably has experience on customer resolution or customer service team
