VP of Business Development
This role is not for our Trading business but a new product that we are working on. Must have previous experience building or working on a new product.
Our team is working on a new cutting-edge product that will infuse robust analytical capabilities into daily work operations such as performance management and communication/collaboration tools. We are looking for an individual that will help us identify early adopters of the product. As the VP of Business Development, you will work with the team working on this new product to drive the go-to market plan through this consumer driven and employee first business venture which will create better data transparency and visualizations for individuals. We are looking for an individual who has successfully launched innovative products in B2B, preferably at early stage start-ups and who has a proven-track record executing a sales and product development model.
What you’ll do all day:
- Building a new product and sales strategy. You’ll work with the team on new cutting-edge technology. You’ll work to get up to speed on the new product while creating new customer relationships.
- Make an impact. With this new product, the work you do will help in tangible ways. You’ll work directly with the CEO to create a product vision and strategy of how to go to market.
- Collaborate. The floor is always open for great ideas. We love to collaborate, share ideas and get different perspectives. You’ll work with a small team of smart people who value smart ideas and strong opinions.
- Work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work tirelessly with your teammates to achieve timely deliverables with high performance. You will show results and see things through.

The skills you’ll need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a startup successfully leading business direction
- Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years relevant experience in sales & marketing
- Highly resourceful; not dependent on large corporate staffs and resources.
- Leader, motivator, team-builder and team player
- Analytical and data driven
- Project Management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to use good judgment and work effectively inter-departmentally, thrive in a multi-task position within a fast paced environment.
