Silverwork is the future of mortgage automation, and we are looking for an Operations Support Associate to supply critical tactical support to our Product Management and Software Engineering teams.


What you’ll be doing:


As the owner of client request workflows, you will be a key component to our teams working efficiently and effectively. You’ll do this by addressing client and product issues and concerns, troubleshooting, and conducting corrective measures, all while adhering to the company's policies and regulations. Basically, you will make sure that client requests make sense, communicate them effectively to the engineering team, and follow the requests through to completion and delivery to the client. You’ll also monitor our automation systems and related KPIs.


A successful person in this role will be a generalist invested in building their skills in the areas of operations, infrastructure management, system administration, cloud fundamentals, and DevOps tools. As part of the Product Management team, they support both Business Analysts and Software Engineers, allowing for internal career growth along either a technical or product management path.

What you bring:


Ultimately, we’re looking for someone with Customer Service and/or Operations Support experience who aligns with our Core Values (see below), has on-the-ground mortgage experience, and understands the need for confidentiality, follow-through, and detail orientation.


If you work better when you have a process to guide you and enjoy helping others understand why processes are important, this is the role for you.


This role does have a major client communication component, so professional communication skills are paramount. Exposure to development ticketing processes and systems (Azure DevOps), Agile and scrum process experience a plus.
