Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the SDR team, create revenue goals and design scalable business processes
  • Build out and lead a sales development team
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to help move Atlas to the next stage of growth
  • Recruit, train and develop members of the sales development team, including sharing and shaping best practices of sales development and how to identify, contact, and create qualified business opportunities
  • Enable and empower team members to deliver top performance, continuously strengthening abilities and output over time
  • Lead hiring plans and onboarding of new sales development team members
  • Work closely across the Sales team to improve processes and drive new strategies
  • Establish and manage sales development project scopes, required resources and timelines
  • Set and manage team-wide goals and KPIs

About You

  • 3+ years in sales as both a Sales Development Representative and a closer, ideally with a SaaS product
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering monthly quotas as an individual contributor
  • Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
  • Proven track record of success as an SDR manager (1+ years) and effectively partnering with Marketing and Sales leadership to achieve shared goals
  • An ‘entrepreneur’ mentality - high energy, creative, attention to detail, strong desire to win, ownership mindset
  • Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
