Weekly Refresh: Lyft Announces Chicago Advisory Council, G2 Expands to Asia, and More

Lyft City Works announced its Chicago advisory council. Lyft City Works pledged to donate $50 million or one percent of Lyft’s profits, whichever is more, to help solve transportation problems in local communities. To figure out how to spend this money in Chicago, Lyft formed an advisory council of local CEOs, activists, writers, artists and even a DJ — yes, DJ HotRod from Power 92 Radio is on the council. Nubundle acquired OnTrack and added new chief medical advisor. Nubundle is a fertility coaching and medication management service used by fertility clinics. OnTrack was developed by Dr. Michael Lanham from the University of Michigan, and also provides software services to fertility clinics. Nubundle will integrate OnTrack’s services into its product and give Dr. Lanham the title of chief medical advisor.

Chicago-based G2 announced its expansion to Asia. G2 — the software reviewing company — announced that it’s establishing a new office in Singapore, which will open in November. It also released a ranking of its top 10 software companies in the Asia-Pacific region. [Press release]

Interior Define hired a new chief customer officer, Jill John. John is a veteran of the home decor industry, with over 20 years of experience in business development and sales. Interior Define, a digitally native furniture brand, will benefit from John’s experience.

Ensono added two senior vice presidents to its leadership team. The first is Ben Wood, who comes from Amazon Web Services and will take over as SVP of advisory and consulting. The second is Paul Durzan, who has worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cisco and Dell, and will be joining as SVP of product management. [Press release]
