Bloomfilter got $7M. Bloomfilter offers a process intelligence platform that helps software teams improve the transparency, predictability and efficiency of developing new products. Seed funding from lead investor Magarac Venture Partners will help the company fuel its product development, customer success and go-to-market plans. [Email]

Transship launched its logistics tech. Transship works to simplify shipping operations for international shipments of perishable goods. The company announced the launch of its automated freight forwarding platform which provides this service at a discounted rate. Project44 hired a new CFO. The company develops supply chain visibility technology that helps brands across various industries increase the predictability, resiliency and sustainability of their shipments. Avionos acquired Integrous. Providing companies with a digital marketing and managed services solution, Avionos announced its acquisition of Austin’s Integrous Marketing. The deal grants Avionos access to Integrous’ lead generation, inbound marketing and content marketing resources while also enabling it to offer new end-to-end services to its clients. Nature’s Fynd expanded its distribution. Chicago-based foodtech company Nature’s Fynd makes dairy and mean alternatives through Fy, a fungi-derived protein. Having launched in select Whole Foods Markets last year, the company expanded the distribution of its meatless breakfast patties to more than 400 Whole Foods locations across the U.S. Nature’s Fynd’s dairy-free cream cheese is also now available at all Fresh Thyme Market locations.
