Hallow pulled in $50M. Hallow, a faith-based mobile app for audio-guided prayers, announced the close of its Series C funding round led by Goodwater Capital. The platform also achieved the milestone of surpassing 10 million downloads on the App Store. Its latest round brings its total funding to $105 million, and Hallow is hiring new talent following the raise. [PR Newswire] 

Obie got $25.5M. Obie is a provider of landlord insurance, serving residential real estate investors with quote generation and other digital tools. The insurtech company announced a Series B funding round led by Battery Ventures that will go toward expanding its partnerships into more industries and developing more insurance products.
