ACCO Brands Corporation, a global office products company headquartered in the Chicagoland area, has completed the acquisition of EPOS, a Denmark-based provider of enterprise audio solutions. The transaction, which was first announced in December, was finalized for $11.7 million.

ACCO Brands is known for supplying products that support modern workspaces, with a portfolio that includes brands such as AT-A-GLANCE, Five Star, Kensington and Leitz. By adding EPOS, the company expands its offerings to include wired and wireless professional audio solutions, particularly in the premium enterprise headset segment.

The acquisition is expected to enhance workplace productivity while generating operational efficiencies, with ACCO Brands projecting cost synergies of $10 million to $15 million as integration progresses.

Commenting on the acquisition, ACCO Brands President and CEO Tom Tedford said in a statement that the addition of EPOS strengthens ACCO Brands’ global computer accessories portfolio and enables the company to provide a broader range of workspace technology solutions to enterprise customers.
