Chamberlain Group, a Blackstone portfolio company developing intelligent access and monitoring solutions, announced the launch of the latest solution in its myQ line of smart home products. The myQ Secure View 3-in-1 Smart Lock enables the fastest unlock in the market, according to the company.
The device integrates a smart lock, 2K HDR video doorbell and biometric access system to provide homeowners a high-tech lock solution for improved front-door access and security. It also incorporates AI-powered software that can identify people, vehicles, animals, packages and motion. Chamberlain Group’s new product can automatically trigger doors to lock or unlock when a person is detected, depending on whether the homeowner has approved that guest.
