Collaborating on work and personally connecting with my team has also been a cornerstone of my experience. Everyone is so kind and helpful whenever I face challenges, and I always feel supported by the organization. Arrive’s mentorship program has made getting that help even easier — I can take any question to my mentor and trust they’re going to help me find the answers I need. It’s another layer of support that I haven’t experienced at any other job.

 

How long have you been with the company, and what professional growth or development have you seen in that time?

I’ll be celebrating six years with Arrive in February 2025. In that time, countless experiences have shaped my professional journey as a carrier sales rep — from being a mentee and building my own book of business to learning what it takes to be a leader while paying my experience forward as a mentor. My current manager was once my mentor, which has been a really wonderful and supportive experience. I’m so excited about my future here.
