FourKites, a company providing enterprises with AI-driven supply chain solutions, recently announced the launch of its new offering, Outcome-as-a-Service for Supply Chain. The launch coincides with FourKites’ new mission of using AI agents to complete 1 billion hours of operational work for its customers over the next decade.

Outcome-as-a-Service for Supply Chain is a go-to-market model that centers on measured business results, such as on-time-in-full performance, expedited freight spend or cost to serve. Ultimately, it will leverage AI agents to resolve problems for an organization instead of simply flagging them.

“We founded real-time visibility to show customers where the problem was. Outcome-as-a-Service is how we solve it for them,” Mathew Elenjickal, FourKites’ founder and CEO, said in a statement. “Every leader we work with is accountable for an outcome, not a capability. A VP of supply chain isn’t measured on whether they’ve adopted AI. They’re measured on whether product arrives on time and in full, at the right cost.”
