ServiceNow, a workflow management company, has grown substantially since bursting onto the Chicago scene. “Only ServiceNow seemed interested in creating and maintaining a culture where I would thrive,” said Erik Nielson, a senior software engineer.
The deal is expected to close in Q2 upon which TransUnion will work on digitizing many of the company’s financial services and implementing them onto its web platform.
