Lead Texas acquisitions for multifamily investments: source and cultivate broker/owner relationships, underwrite deals, negotiate transaction documents, manage due diligence and closings, coordinate financing and asset management, and present investment recommendations to senior leadership and investors.

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, prepare and post journal entries, process AP invoices, review employee reimbursements, assist month-end/year-end close and tax preparation, manage 1099 filings, ensure internal controls, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
