People are our most important asset so we try hard to create an environment that is fun and functional. We cover 75% of healthcare premiums and offer a variety of plans (HSA, PPO, etc.) We also cover the cost of short and long term disability insurance for our people. Dental and Vision are available to employees at a very low cost. Our kitchens are usually stocked with snacks and drinks and we celebrate birthdays and anniversaries each month as well. Happy hours, while not formally scheduled, organically pop up so people can destress with one another. One of our most recent perks is the addition of "Pawternity" - which gives anyone with a new fur-baby 2 additional days of PTO. Flex-time and offsite work locations are options for qualifying employees as well.
