Performs general accounting, cash management, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, month-end close, accruals, grant billing and reporting, intercompany accounting, financial analysis, NetSuite transactions, internal controls, and audit support. Collaborates with Finance, payroll, program teams, grant administrators, and external auditors to maintain accurate, compliant, and well-documented financial records.

Oversee data management and reporting for a 24/7 citywide shelter intake and transportation program. Maintain HMIS and The Grove systems, ensure data quality and privacy (HIPAA, DFSS), build dashboards and reports, perform audits and trend analysis, train staff, manage access and documentation, and coordinate with DFSS and city partners to support the DFSS One System initiative and operational decision-making.
