Delegate follow-ups and administrative work, coach another producer, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate clean handoffs to servicing. Advise clients on homeowners coverage, FAIR Plan, DIC, surplus lines, carrier options, and market constraints through phone, email, and online quoting tools.
