Lead analytics strategy for originations, overseeing acquisition, channel performance, funnel conversion, borrower quality, experimentation governance, and KPIs. Build and manage a team of analysts, ensure production-quality SQL/Python work, partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, and present strategic recommendations to the executive team and board.

Assess and monitor inbound/outbound contact center interactions across multiple channels, document trends, create quality reports, recommend process and policy improvements, and communicate feedback to teams and management.
