Administer and maintain Windchill and ThingWorx Navigate infrastructure across AWS GovCloud and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include installations, upgrades, patching, rehosting, security remediation, performance optimization, environment image development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and system maintenance. The role supports Windchill application development and sustainment for U.S. Navy programs while collaborating with cross-functional, PTC, and AWS teams.

Designs, develops, implements, tests, and maintains PTC Windchill PLM solutions and ThingWorx integrations for Department of Defense customers. Leads architecture, customization, data migration, enterprise integration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, training, and end-user support while managing a small technical team. Requires expertise in Windchill architecture, development, migration methodologies, SQL, Java, security configuration, and related enterprise technologies.

Design, configure, and maintain Teamcenter BMIDE data models, translate Navy engineering and lifecycle requirements into PLM data structures, enforce data standards, produce documentation, support deployments, integrations, testing, and troubleshoot BMIDE/schema issues to enable a unified, scalable NPLM environment.

Lead functional design and solution architecture for Siemens Teamcenter PLM across DoD programs. Translate business processes into scalable Teamcenter configurations, design integrations with enterprise systems, guide implementations, perform testing and migrations, provide demos/training, and evangelize PLM best practices while collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.

Support Configuration Management for DoD PLM implementations: maintain baselines, control releases, coordinate changes across engineering, logistics, supply and program management, and ensure configuration status accounting and documentation accuracy.

Lead advanced analytics and predictive modeling for readiness-based spares and sustainment decisions. Translate business problems into analytical frameworks, build predictive/diagnostic models, document data pipelines, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with engineering and program stakeholders to support Navy and Department of War programs.

Design, architect, test, and demonstrate Windchill and ThingWorx solutions for DoD customers. Translate business requirements into technical/process solutions, support integrations, perform testing and debugging, develop documentation, provide end-user training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and PTC support to deliver PLM/ThingWorx implementations.

Improve, modernize, and sustain complex, distributed defense software by debugging production issues, performing root-cause analysis, refactoring legacy code, reducing technical debt, enhancing CI/CD and automated testing, and collaborating with engineers, architects, and government stakeholders to maintain performance, interoperability, and delivery schedules.

Develop, test, and maintain production-quality C++ software implementing Government Reference Architectures for mission-critical defense systems. Translate MBSE (SysML/Cameo) artifacts into interoperable components, implement APIs/ICDs, integrate distributed messaging frameworks (ActiveMQ/DDS/ZeroMQ), and maintain CI/CD, automated testing, containerized builds, and static analysis. Collaborate with systems engineers, architects, autonomy engineers, and government stakeholders to validate interoperability and performance.

Drive technical sales of digital engineering solutions to DoD and defense industry customers: demonstrate MBSE/Cameo tooling, consult on model-to-artifact automation, support proposals and RFIs/RFPs, engage acquisition stakeholders, and enable integration into CI/CD workflows while maintaining security compliance.

Develop and integrate open-architecture, standards-based software for defense and aerospace systems. Implement and map interoperability standards (SOSA, FACE, AMS GRA, UCI), work with serialization formats (OMG IDL, protobuf, XSD, XMI), perform structural and semantic gap analysis, support interface/data model transformations, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, produce documentation and interface specifications, and participate in architecture and design reviews.

Develop systems software to parse, reverse-engineer, and deterministically generate complex engineering data. Build tooling for schema translation, compiler/transpiler solutions, reproducible CI/CD pipelines, and automated document generation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support verification/validation, and apply MBSE concepts for engineering integration.

Design and implement NLP and LLM-powered pipelines to extract, summarize, and semantically search technical documentation. Fine-tune transformer models, build RAG systems, convert unstructured documents into structured knowledge, optimize inference for production, and collaborate with engineers and SMEs to deploy document intelligence solutions.

Responsible for setting up and maintaining AWS infrastructure for PLM software, automating workloads, performing upgrades, and ensuring security and performance across environments.

The Windchill Application Developer will develop, implement, test, and maintain Windchill solutions, collaborate with teams, and troubleshoot application issues for the US Navy.
