Responsibilities include negotiating commercial and insurance agreements, advising on regulatory and contractual risks, supporting business initiatives and acquisitions, maintaining legal playbooks, and partnering with compliance, regulatory, operations, and executive stakeholders.

Supports attorneys with contract review, drafting, execution tracking, legal research, compliance projects, legal matter intake, document management, audits, and regulatory inquiries. Maintains legal records and contract management systems, coordinates with business stakeholders and outside counsel, handles confidential information, and uses AI-enabled solutions to improve legal operations.

Leads four teams responsible for Applied Epic support, configuration, reporting, releases, and ancillary products. Oversees platform health, incident resolution, change management, vendor relationships, reporting quality, acquisition onboarding, and cross-functional projects. Establishes priorities, processes, documentation, capacity planning, and cross-training while serving as the escalation point for business-impacting issues. Responsibilities include processing quotes, policies, endorsements, certificates, renewals, claims support, client correspondence, renewal data collection, coverage planning, policy review, and maintaining accurate records in Applied Systems EPIC. The role also supports insurance marketing and sales, communicates account activity to producers, maintains carrier and underwriting knowledge, and ensures licensing compliance.

Produce life and disability illustrations and proposals, maintain carrier product studies and quote templates, evaluate new sales opportunities, support internal/external sales with product expertise and presentation prep, manage pipeline data entry and quote follow-ups, and adhere to service protocols.

Leads strategic insurance revenue analytics for executive leadership and Board requests. Builds financial models, scenario analyses, investment cases, and long-range forecasts; integrates internal financial data with external market intelligence; and develops CFO- and Board-ready PowerPoint materials. Partners across FP&A, identifies data and assumption risks, supports finance initiatives, and provides hypothesis-driven recommendations on growth, capital allocation, investments, and cost structures.

Serves as a finance business partner for specialty departments, leading budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, monthly reporting, variance analysis, headcount planning, and expense management. Develops financial models, business cases, dashboards, and executive insights; tracks cost-reduction initiatives; and improves reporting automation and planning processes. Partners with senior business leaders to support financial accountability and decision-making.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial transportation clients by delivering tailored insurance solutions, meeting sales targets, negotiating with carriers, preparing ACORD applications and proposals, handling binders and certificates, and providing ongoing client support and technical expertise.

Lead end-to-end Workday Financials implementations and optimizations, managing scope, schedule, budgets, integrations, data migrations, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
