Manage pending life, disability, long-term care, and annuity cases from intake through policy delivery. Coordinate with underwriters, advisors, and clients, negotiate underwriting terms, document commissions, ensure compliance with state/new business requirements, and develop internal communication and education tools.

Produce life and disability illustrations and proposals, maintain carrier product studies and quote templates, evaluate new sales opportunities, support internal/external sales with product expertise and presentation prep, manage pipeline data entry and quote follow-ups, and adhere to service protocols.

Manage and grow relationships with independent insurance agencies across a Midwest territory. Conduct frequent in-person visits, recruit and onboard new agencies, coordinate with internal teams to drive cross-selling and agency production, represent the company at events, capture market intelligence, maintain CRM records, and meet territory growth targets.

Manage and grow a commercial client portfolio by delivering customized insurance and fintech solutions, meeting sales targets, negotiating with carriers, preparing proposals and binders, handling underwriting data and claims coordination, and serving as a technical expert to resolve complex client issues.

Build and maintain P&C actuarial pricing models and indication reports; refine pricing methodologies; analyze large datasets; automate workflows with Python, SQL, and Excel; create dashboards and presentations; collaborate with underwriters, claims, program teams, and reinsurers; and drive process and methodology improvements.

Lead and grow a regional payroll sales division by recruiting, coaching, and managing Territory Managers and Payroll Client Advisors to meet monthly production goals.
