Own commercial contracting from drafting through execution, negotiate agreements, maintain legal templates, and advise leadership and business teams on legal risks. Support privacy, data protection, information security, advertising, consumer protection, platform policy, and regulatory compliance. Partner with Product and Engineering on data practices, privacy documentation, and international transfers, while monitoring legal and platform developments and coordinating with outside counsel.
