As a Sales Representative at ADT, you will re-engage previous customers, provide personalized security solutions, deliver sales presentations, and generate new leads within your designated territory.

The Senior Oracle Architect will define technical architecture, lead design and implementation of solutions, mentor teams, and ensure compliance with standards.

Provide inbound telephone technical support for ADT dealers, subcontractors, and customers. Troubleshoot radio registrations and alarm panel programming, process orders and data changes in Informix and MasterMind, provide installation quotes, confirm test signals and account status, support custom home accounts and ADHOC data cleanup, and complete related data entry and projects.

Handle inbound leads from ADT marketing and partners, consultatively qualify customers, close sales, schedule installation appointments with field technicians, perform follow-up and transfers to resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. No outbound cold calling; training provided.

Provide remote over-the-phone installation and technical support for ADT alarm and home automation products, troubleshoot issues, educate customers, and recommend additional security solutions while coordinating with field or remote service partners.

Make outbound calls to leads from ADT campaigns, verify qualification criteria, overcome objections, transfer qualified prospects to Inbound Sales Specialists, update call status, maintain availability, follow compliance and quality standards, and meet training and background/drug check requirements. Work remotely from an approved state with required internet speeds and ethernet-only connection.
