Underwrite contract surety submissions by evaluating financial strength, creditworthiness, and risk. Price and structure bonds using underwriting methodologies and predictive tools. Manage a territory portfolio to achieve premium, profitability, retention, and growth goals while building producer and client relationships.

Audit, review, and process Whole Farm Revenue Protection claims while ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements. Research and resolve complex claims, policy, and system issues; interpret crop insurance documentation; collaborate with underwriters, adjusters, compliance staff, agents, and producers; and support training and process improvements. Maintain expertise in WFRP, MPCI, FCIC, NCIS, RMA, regional crops, and farming practices. Travel may be required up to 25%.
