Manage claims account relationships for large national clients and brokers, oversee service delivery, resolve contract and billing issues, monitor claims data integrity, analyze trends, support business development and presentations, and participate in continuous improvement and broker advocacy initiatives. Drive growth by building and maintaining relationships with independent crop insurance agents across an assigned territory. Serve as primary contact for agents, interpret Federal Crop Insurance regulations, deliver trainings, investigate and resolve agent issues, support marketing and forecasting, monitor agent performance and compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to retain and grow profitable business. Frequent travel required.
